Beyond The Grape
One of the greatest services of WMS is the Limited Edition feature. Limited Edition wines are usually released in the first few months of each year. A form in WMS tracks who has ordered, when to contact customers when their order has arrived, and how to transfer the information to the WMS Point of Sale. WMS saves us a lot of time in not having spreadsheets all over. - Initially, there is a short learning curve that requires a time investment, but the dividends pay-off by the end of the 1st month

- Every phone/trouble call has been replied to personally within a day of submission
